Return, Exchange and Refund Policy


You have 30 calendar days to return merchandise from the date you received it. To be eligible

for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in. Your item(s)

need to have the receipt, order number or proof of purchase included in your return package.

Please reference below for shipping costs associated.  In the event that your order was processed with

complimentary shipping, we will deduct our full shipping cost for that item which may differ from the subsidized

amount shown on our website plus $1 handling.  Wall prints will receive an additional $4 deduction for the packaging which cannot be reused. 

Upon receipt we will inspect the items returned. We will notify you that we have received your

return and the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your

credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days,

depending on your card issuer’s policies.  



To exchange an item, the merchandise has to be unworn and unused. Please include a detailed

note as to the reason for requesting an exchange. Please reference below for shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping and

handling will be deducted from your refund.


 If the item(s) that you received were incorrect, we will provide return shipping to our

facility and cover cost associated to sending you the correct item(s).

 If you are exchanging an item due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for

the cost of shipping the item(s) to us. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping to

send the new item(s) back to you. Please include a postage paid envelope big

enough for your new item in your return package.
