Description

We were inspired to make this Boston strong marathon shirt after the tragedy at the Boston Marathon. This shirt shows your strength as a member, honorary or otherwise, of the Boston family. With the help of WROR listeners, we were able to make a donation of $45,000 to the City of Boston's theonefundboston.org with Greater Media Boston. We will be keeping this Boston Marathon charity shirt as a permanent member of our lineup. This version (1 of 4) comes in the colors of our hometown baseball and football team. Please check out the other colors available reflective of other team colors.

    The shirt does look like what's in the picture and the overall quality feel of the shirt is what I was expecting. My son was happy and $5 of the purchase goes to a good cause.

    What I was not expecting was the shirt to be a 2nd. I say 2nd because the tag was cut straight up the center (As often done by the mfg. when the item was deemed "irregular"). Strike two was the shipping speed. As a consumer you expect slightly faster shipping when you're actually paying shipping charges. I placed my order on July 25th, label was created on the 26th, but postal service didn't take possession until Aug, 3rd.; that's a full week... Once mailed, it took the normal 3 days to make it's way to me. $3.50 to ship isn't big money, but really, a week to get it out?

    I bought 3 of these shirts and I wasn't disappointed. My sons liked them and they are in their 20's.

    I was expecting light blue shirt, as was pictured, either I misunderstood or there was some confusion, but love the Pat's / Red Sox colors and the shirt is GREAT !!
