Returns

We are not accepting returns for a refund at the moment due to global supply chain issues.

Exchanges or store credit only.

Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days to exchange merchandise from the date you received it. To exchange an item, the merchandise has to be unworn and unused. Please include a detailed note as to the reason for requesting an exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.

If the item(s) that you received were incorrect, we will provide return shipping to our facility and cover cost associated to sending you the correct item(s).

If you are exchanging an item due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to us. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping to send the new item(s) back to you. Please include a postage paid envelope big enough for your new item in your return package.
